Advance Site Coordinator - Implemented advance logistics on behalf of Madonna’s world tour. First person to arrive on site 3-4 days ahead of main production staff. Supervised the placement and construction of staging, mix positions, dressing room compounds, catering areas and office setups. Responsible for integrating the demands of the artist’s production with the specific venue operations, stagehand and labor unions, as well as local police, fire and public safety regulations. Production Manager - Director in charge of operations for record-setting worldwide rock tour. Produced over 150 live performances on behalf of the Rolling Stones, as well as several taped and pay-per-view events in cooperation with MTV, Fox Network, HBO, VH-1, HK-Japan, Globo-TV and South African TV. Coordinated all technical, administrative and production logistics for the entire tour. Instrumental in the formulation of initial budgets, set designs, and scheduling. Negotiated all vendor contracts including air,ground and sea shipments of staging, set construction, lighting, sound and video. Created policy and oversaw a touring staff of over 150 personnel. Proficient on Macintosh Systems Including Excel, Word and Communications Software. |
