Personal participation defines Glen's involvement in all of his business endeavors. Glen is the CFO and Partner for Fader Higher, and also owns or has owned many other successful businesses throughout the years. Currently this includes businesses as diverse as a financial risk analysis and planning firm www.hslfinancial.com , a custom orthotics manufacturing company www.esoles.com and a retail bicycle store www.bicycleranch.com .

Late in 2002  Glen   was added to   US Postal Service Masters Cycling Team. He has helped organize VIP tours to the annual Tour de France race, leading rides along the very route of the race (including the incredible mountain climbs!) . Glen is a current member of and helps manage the AMD Masters Cycling Team and holds both national and world championships in track (velodrome) cycling events.

Glen and Jake together began the development of future American Formula One drivers with Scott Speed, www.scottspeed.com in 2003  , adding Colin Fleming www.colinfleming.com to the team in 2004. He and Jake are working with Red Bull Racing to further increase American participation and visibility in Formula One racing, serving as the North American sponsor liaison.
